This article describes the steps to take if you are experiencing duplicate goals in your goal list. Refer to the documentation below to remove or edit the duplicate goal while using BrightGauge™.
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Navigate to the Goals tab.
- Navigate to Check-in History and select the goal list you want to edit.
- Edit Process Goal loads and returns to the previous list. It is recommended you wait until the check-in value changes or the loader is gone before moving on to the next step. This should only take a few seconds.
- Verify the edited check-in values are visible in the goal list.
