It's been long in the works, but we're excited to finally release monitor information for ConnectWise Automate!  Lets get straight to the details:

 

Datasets

There are 2 new datasets to pull this information:

Server Remote Monitor Data

This dataset pulls in anything related to remote monitors.  In Automate terminology, a remote monitor is anything that checks against a specific machine.  We have also limited this dataset to just servers so as to not pull in too much info at once, but can remove that hard filter if needed.

Current Internal Monitor Results

This dataset pulls in the current detected results for internal monitors.  In Automate terminology, this is a monitor that checks the statuses of values within the database.  This dataset only shows the current results.  We tried to get historical results, but that provided inaccurate information unfortunately.

 

Dashboard & Report

To help you get up and running with this new data, we have created a dashboard and a report template to get you started:
