Summer 2017 is all about existing integration updates and this time round we're giving some love to Autotask.  Earlier this year, Autotask updated their Opportunity section to include some new fields related to revenue.  We just took the time to update our API request to include this info and now have made it available to all BrightGauge users.  The new fields are:

  • Date Fields
    • last_activity
  • Text Fields
    • Loss_Reason
    • Loss_Reason_Detail
    • Win_Reason
    • Win_Reason_Detail
  • Number Fields
    • monthly_cost
    • monthly_revenue
    • One_time_Cost
    • One_time_Revenue
    • Quarterly_Cost
    • Quarterly_Revenue
    • Semiannual_Cost
    • Semiannual_Revenue 
    • Total_Amount_Months 
    • Yearly_Cost
    • Yearly_Revenue

But that's not enough in our view.  We realized that we never had default dashboards or reports related to sales info, so we rolled those out too!
