October Updates

2.0 ConnectWise RMM Devices Availability

You can now utilize the new sync architecture (called 2.0) in ConnectWise RMM to see your data in near real-time in the dashboard. Use the Quick Sync gauges to provide the most up-to-date data and reporting from RMM.

August Updates

SmileBack Net Promoter Score (NPS) Data in BrightGauge

You can now leverage the existing integration between SmileBack® and BrightGauge® to view not only your Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) but also your NPs data in BrightGauge. With this update comes new a default dashboard, datasets, and gauges that you can use to better understand your customer's feedback and overall satisfaction with your company.

June Updates

Upload Custom Sounds for Dashboard Alerts

You can now upload custom sound files that can be used in Number and Progress gauges under Sound & Color Thresholds. Custom sounds for dashboard alerts supports the following audio file formats: .m4a, .flac, .mp3, .wav, .wma, .aac. The audio file size should be less than 500 KB.

Agent Uninstall Report

This new report provides information on the ITSupport247 Agent Uninstall Report. By default, the report shows the data for all your clients and sites. After you set up and schedule a report for a specific client, BrightGauge automatically filters data for that client site.

April Updates

Parent Child Dashboard

You can now set a dashboard as a child of another dashboard which will allow changes made to the parent to reflect on the child. Moving gauges or adding text or images to the parent dashboard will result in the same change on the child dashboard.

Quick Sync for PSA Cloud

Quick Sync gauges and dashboard reports are now available for use with ConnectWise PSA™ (Manage) to display after new tickets are created or updated. The data in the Quick Sync gauges become available within a few minutes of creation or customer update.
