Client Recipient Creation & Management

Need to associate contacts with an already created client?  No problem, here’s a few screenshots to help.

 

 

Adding Recipients

Step 1 - Access "Clients" Page

Once logged into BrightGauge, click on your avatar (or Initials) on the top right corner and select "Clients" from the drop down menu.

 

 

Step 2 - Find the client that has already been created and click on the "Client Recipients" link to the right of the company name

 

Step 3 - Type the client’s email address into the search box.  If you already have them as a user or recipient in your account, as you type it will appear under the search box.  If this is a new recipient/email address, finish typing out the email and then press the "+ Create" button in the drop down beneath the search box:

 

Step 4 - Name the created recipient and then select the "+ Add User" button to the right. (You can add as many accounts as you’d like

 

Step 5 - When you’re done adding recipients, click the "I’m Done Adding Client Recipients" button to the bottom.  Clicking this button will bring you back to the clients page.

 

 

 

 

Editing/Deleting Recipients

Step 1 - Access "Clients" Page

Once logged into BrightGauge, click on your avatar (or Initials) on the top right corner and select "Clients" from the drop down menu.

 

Step 2 - Find the client that has already been created and click on the "Client Recipients" link to the right of the company name

 

Step 3 - Hover over the desired recipient that you would like to edit or delete.

- To edit the recipient, select the pencil icon that appears at the end of the row.
- To delete the recipient, select the "x" icon that appears at the end  of the row.

 

Step 4 -  A deletion confirmation modal will come up.  Click remove button to the bottom right.

 

Step 5 - When you’re done removing or editing recipients, click the "I’m Done Adding Client Recipients" button to the bottom to save the changes.  Clicking this button will bring you back to the clients page.
