Hello everyone!

Based on beta feedback, we now have the functionality where an Administrator in BrightGauge can assign a Viewer or Analyst as an owner of KPI.  If, and only if, the Viewer or Analyst has a KPI assigned will they have access to the scorecard for which they are on.  

For example, if you don't assign a Viewer or Analyst to any KPIs, then they will NOT see the Scorecard feature in the menu bar.  But if you do want to include them to a scorecard kpi, then they will be able to see the entire scorecard and have access to the scorecard feature in the menu bar.  Not to worry though, they will not have access to any scorecards they are not actually assigned to a KPI.  And, they are not able to edit, remove their KPI or edit/remove/check in to other people's KPIs.
