Strety Integration in ConnectWise Asio

Overview

When you set up the Strety integration in the ConnectWise Asio® platform, you can send BrightGauge data to Strety. This is an outbound integration that allows Strety to fetch scorecards data from BrightGauge.

Note:  This feature is currently only available to partners in the NA region.

Prerequisites

To connect to an Asio integration for BrightGauge, you must first meet the following requirements:

  • ConnectWise SSO must be enabled. Contact BrightGauge Support to get your account enabled with ConnectWise SSO. To see if your BrightGauge has ConnectWise SSO enabled, check in your account settings. For more information, see the BrightGauge SSO FAQs documentation.
  • Asio must be provisioned to your account with all appropriate entitlements required for this feature set. To provision Asio yourself, see the Asio Self Service in Home documentation. You must have BrightGauge product entitlements.

Configure the Strety Integration in Asio

To set up the Strety integration in Asio, follow the steps below:

 To access this screen, navigate to ConnectWise Asio > Integrations > Asio Integrations.
  1. On the Explore Integrations screen, find the Strety integration. Click the kebab (⋮) icon to the right of the integration name, then click Integrate.

  2. Click the Generate button to generate a Client ID and Client secret.

  3. In the Asio API Credentials window, copy the Client ID and Client secret. Save these details in a note or file to use in Strety, below.

  4. Click Save and Proceed.
  5. Click Complete Setup to finish the process and exit the setup wizard.

  6. Proceed to enable the integration in Strety below.

Enable the Integration in Strety

After you configure the Strety integration in Asio, finish enabling it in Strety.

  1. Log in to Strety (https://2.strety.com/users/sign_in).
  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Adminland.

  3. Click Integrations.

  4. Scroll down to the Metrics section and click Add BrightGauge.

  5. Enter the Client and Client secret you previously copied from the Asio API credentials window above, then click Test. After the connection tests successfully, click Integrate.

  6. A confirmation message displays when you are successfully connected with BrightGauge.

BrightGauge partners that have ConnectWise SSO enabled and ConnectWise Asio provisioned with the appropriate entitlements can use Strety in Asio.
