Overview
The Automation Details dataset for ConnectWise RMM™ provides details about automation tasks performed on an endpoint
Note: This dataset is currently available to all partners in the AU and EU regions.
Requirements
If you are a ConnectWise RMM partner that uses BrightGauge and has a ConnectWise RMM integration with BrightGauge, you have access to the Automation Details dataset.

Default Dataset
This dataset contains details about the RMM automation tasks (executions) performed on an endpoint. Data is available for the last three months at a daily level. Subsequently, data is collected every 24 hours from the source, but only the last two days of data is considered and synchronized into the BrightGauge dataset.
Field Descriptions

System field used for internal data organization in BrightGauge. |

Company Name |
Displays the name of the company in ConnectWise Asio® as defined under Clients > Companies. |

Company Unique ID |
Displays the unique ID of the company in Asio as defined under Clients > Companies. |
| Site ID | Displays the site ID that appears in ConnectWise Asio. |
| Site Name | Displays the name of the site displayed in the Name column in ConnectWise Asio > Settings > Setup > RMM, and the Site Name column in Endpoints > Devices. |

Site Name Only |
Displays the name of the site in Asio as defined under Clients > Companies. |

System Name |
Displays the name of the device in Asio as defined under Endpoints > Devices. |

System Friendly Name |
Displays the friendly name for the managed endpoint. |

Task Name |
Displays the task name that was executed on the endpoint. |

Task Description |
Displays the description of the task that was executed on the endpoint. |

Task Type |
Displays the type of task that is executed. |
|
Task Frequency |
Displays the frequency at which the task is set to run. |

Task Status |
Displays the status of the task execution. |

Failure Reason |
Displays the reason why the task failed. |

Execution Output |
Displays the final execution status of the task on the endpoint. |

Last Executed On |
Displays when the task was last executed on the endpoint. |

Created By |
Displays the name of the user who created the task. |

Created On |
Displays when the task was created in Asio. |
|
Endpoint Timezone |
Displays the offset in accordance with the time zone in which the endpoint is present. |

Timezone Name |
Displays the time zone in which the endpoint is present. |
