Overview

The Network Probe dataset for ConnectWise RMM™ provides details about endpoints configured as probe devices.

Requirements

Partners with a ConnectWise RMM Pro or RMM Premium plan that have a ConnectWise RMM integration with BrightGauge can use the Network Probe dataset.

Note: All partners may access this dataset, but only those with ConnectWise RMM Pro and Premium plan types have viewable data. 

To locate your datasets, navigate to Data > Datasets.

 

Default Dataset

This dataset contains details about the endpoints that have been configured as probe devices. All data is available at a daily level. Subsequently, data is collected every 24 hours from the source and synchronized into the BrightGauge dataset. 

Field Descriptions

Field Description

ID 

System field used for internal data organization in BrightGauge. 

 Company Name 

Displays the name of the company in ConnectWise Asio® as defined under Clients > Companies. 

Company Unique ID 

Displays the unique ID of the company in Asio as defined under Clients > Companies. 

Site ID Displays the site ID that appears in ConnectWise Asio.
Site Name Displays the name of the site displayed in the Name column in ConnectWise Asio > Settings > Setup > RMM, and the Site Name column in Endpoints > Devices. 

Site Name Only 

Displays the name of the site in Asio as defined under Clients > Companies. 

System Name 

Displays the name of the device in Asio as defined under Endpoints > Devices. 

System Friendly Name 

Displays the friendly name for the managed endpoint. 

Device Type 

Displays the endpoint type on which the probe is deployed. 

OS 

Displays the operating system of the endpoint on which the probe is deployed. 

Probe Installation Status 

Displays the probe installation status on the endpoint. 

Installation Date 

Displays the probe installation date on the endpoint.
