This page provides information on the latest enhancements and features for BrightGauge™, a ConnectWise solution.
We also wanted to showcase upcoming defects and bug fixes that are going to be released soon. This can be viewed by clicking the following link which will take you to the Known Issue site and using the <yyyy.mm.R#> filter for the fix Version. (Be sure to filter for the BrightGauge product as well.)

New BrightGauge Agent Available
A new version of the BrightGauge agent with certification updates is now available for partners in all regions. This is a new agent version and is different than the one released on June 9, 2025. See the Installing the BrightGauge Agent documentation for details on how to download and install.
Important: If you have to reinstall the agent on the same machine, you must first uninstall the existing agent and then install the new agent.

BrightGauge Agent Upgrade
We have upgraded the BrightGauge Agent with certification updates for BrightGauge in the EU and AU regions. For steps to download and reinstall the agent, please see the Installing the BrightGauge Agent documentation.

New Fields and Gauges for ConnectWise PSA On-Premises Dataset: Time Sheets Data (GA)
Four new default gauges for the Time Sheets Data dataset in the ConnectWise PSA™ On-Premises datasource are now available to all partners in all regions:

Analyst Roles Now Available on All BrightGauge Plans
You can now add analyst roles to your account, no matter what plan you have. Any administrator roles on your account beyond the first admin user can be assigned the analyst role. Learn more about user roles at the User Management in BrightGauge documentation.

A new default dataset is now available for partners in all regions for the SmileBack integration. The Project Survey Responses dataset provides responses to your SmileBack project surveys, including metrics and individual survey responses. New Fields and Gauges for ConnectWise PSA On-Premises Dataset: Time Sheets Data (EA)
We have created four new default gauges for the Time Sheets Data dataset in the ConnectWise PSA™ On-Premises datasource:

Deprecated RMM Datasets and Alternatives
The following ConnectWise RMM datasets have reached the end of life. This means no further changes will be made to these datasets, including updates to company_name or other details. The data syncing into these deprecated datasets may not provide accurate information, so we advise you to use an alternate dataset, as shown below. Using gauges powering through these deprecated datasets may lead to inconsistent data provided in your dashboards or client reports.

A new integration of Veeam® Service Provider Console 6.0 and BrightGauge™ is now available in the ConnectWise Asio® platform. Use this integration to receive analytics around your Veeam backups, job status, runs, and repository status and health. Learn more at the Veeam Cloud documentation.

Time Sheets Last 120 Days Dataset for PSA Cloud in BrightGauge (GA)
The Time Sheets Last 120 Days dataset for PSA Cloud is now available to partners in all regions. ConnectWise PSA Cloud partners that use BrightGauge and have a ConnectWise PSA Cloud integration with BrightGauge can review summarized details about time sheets in PSA, including information about billable and non-billable hours, overdue time sheets, time sheet statuses, and more.

BrightGauge Availability in AU Region
BrightGauge is now available in the AU region. New AU partners can onboard in the AU region and have their data hosted in an AU datacenter (AWS Asia Pacific (Sydney)). Billing is available in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Time Sheets Last 120 Days Dataset for PSA Cloud in BrightGauge (EA)
The Time Sheets Last 120 Days dataset for PSA Cloud is now available. ConnectWise PSA Cloud partners that use BrightGauge and have a ConnectWise PSA Cloud integration with BrightGauge can review summarized details about time sheets in PSA, including information about billable and non-billable hours, overdue time sheets, time sheet statuses, and more.
Note: This feature is currently available to Early Access partners in all regions.
Strety Integration in ConnectWise Asio (GA)
The new Strety integration in the ConnectWise Asio® platform is now available to partners in all regions. This integration enables you to send BrightGauge data to Strety. It is an outbound integration that allows Strety to fetch scorecards data from BrightGauge. Learn how to configure it at the Strety Integration documentation.

Dashboards List View (GA)
List view for dashboard management is now available for all partners in all regions. Dashboards list view provides a better way to manage numerous dashboards. Use advanced filtering capabilities and layout options to more easily organize and manage your dashboards.
Region Selector for RMM (EA)
We have added a region selector on the ConnectWise RMM integration (datasource) so that you can connect your RMM instance to your BrightGauge account, even if they are not in the same region.
Note: This feature is currently available for EA partners.

Axcient x360Recover Integration Now Available (GA)
An integration of Axcient x360Recover and BrightGauge—both ConnectWise solutions—is now available in the ConnectWise Asio® platform for all partners. Use this integration to monitor all your essential x360Recover key performance indicators (KPIs) directly in BrightGauge. Stay on top of backup statuses, available storage, client and protected system health, and many other key metrics. This integration empowers managed service providers (MSPs) to proactively manage their clients' Axcient backup and security, ensuring data safety and minimizing downtime risks.
