Connecting To Infusionsoft

This document is a step-by-step guide for setting up the Infusionsoft integration within BrightGauge.

Step 1 - Log in to your BrightGauge Account

If you have not created an account yet, go here to get started.

After you log in:

  • For New Accounts

From the account Overview page, click Add a Datasource:

  • For Existing Accounts 

Click on the Data menu at the top righthand corner of the screen, and select Datasources from the drop-down menu:


Find the Infusionsoft datasource under All or under the appropriate category:


Step 2 - Authorize Infusionsoft in BrightGauge

You now need to authorize BrightGauge to get data from Infusionsoft. Please make sure you are using an account with Admin privileges.

  1. Click Authorize in Infusionsoft.


  2. A popup appears asking you to log in to Infusionsoft. If already logged in, proceed to the next step.


  3. Once logged in, Infusionsoft asks you to authorize BrightGauge to pull data. Click Allow.


Step 3 - Configure the Infusionsoft datasource in BrightGauge

After authorizing Infusionsoft, you will automatically return to BrightGauge.

Datasets and gauges will be added to your account and they will start syncing immediately. Initial syncs usually take 20-30 minutes to complete.

The datasource name will be Infusionsoft by default, but feel free to edit the name and save your changes. 


Step 4 - Test Connection

Lastly, be sure to test the connection. If any errors arise with the test, please confirm the Infusionsoft account you used to log in has Admin privileges and reach out to BrightGauge support with any questions.


Dashboards, reports, datasets, and gauges will be added to your account after the datasource is saved. They will start syncing immediately and typically complete syncing after 20-30 minutes. 

Your Default Dashboards

  • Infusionsoft Contacts
  • Infusionsoft Email Open Rates
  • Infusionsoft Opportunities This Week
  • Infusionsoft Opportunities Today
  • Infusionsoft Tasks

Your Default Reports

  • Infusionsoft Monthly Summary
  • Infusionsoft Weekly Summary

For a list of all default gauges, please visit the Gauges section of your account, sort by the Datasource you'd like to see, and select for Default.
