As this feature was being worked on, a customer had mentioned that they wanted to be able to print Reports in Letter format, so sure, why not.

But wait, can't you just technically print the report from the Report Sent page? Sure you can and it looks ok-ish but...

It can look much better, soo yeah, we fixed that too because, why not.
