Are you seeing the wrong dates on opportunities from ConnectWise Manage? This might be due to the date field being used. In the ‘Opportunity Data’ dataset, we have two date fields related to close dates:
Date closed: this field refers to when the physical ticket for the opportunity within ConnectWise was closed.
Expected close date: this field refers to the date the opportunity/sale was closed (whether it was won or lost).
If something still seems wrong - just contact Support by selecting Help > Open a Ticket from the top menu bar.
