If you're looking for a field that isn't currently on one of our default datasets, there are a few things we can do. Here's how the process usually works.
API / Cloud-Based Datasources
As we are limited to the data available through the integration's API, we can't always add the field you are looking for. This being said, please send Support the following:
- A screenshot and description of the field you would like added
- The dataset you would like the field added to
- An example of the field being used somewhere already (like a ticket, agreement, etc.)
We'll take a look and see if it's possible to add the field from our end. If it's not, we'll pass the request over to the Integration Team as a feature request.
On-Premise Datasources
Although it's not always guaranteed, there's a good chance we can get the data you are looking for. As all the data is available locally in your database, our SQL gurus can take a look and see if it's possible to add the field. Please send support the following:
- A screenshot and description of the field you would like added
- The dataset you would like the field added to
- An example of the field being used somewhere already (like a ticket, agreement, etc.)
We'll take it from there and see if it's possible to add the field you're looking for.
