No Access / Account Login Error
Are you seeing this message when logging in?
"Sorry, you don't have access!"
If so, this means one of two things:
- You are trying to log in to a dashboard you don’t have access to.
- Similarly, you are trying to log into a subdomain you don’t have access to.
To correct this you would need to check the URL and make sure you are logged into the correct subdomain. If so, remove everything after "brightgauge.co/" and try again. The page should load and you can then get to dashboards you have access to. If you have any questions, please contact Support by selecting Help > Open a Ticket from the top menu bar.
