Viewer licenses cannot edit a dashboard

Are changes made to a dashboard reverting on you?

If you’re a Viewer user type within BrightGauge, you cannot make edits to any dashboards.  This means even if you resize or move gauges around on the dashboard you are viewing, once you refresh the page the gauges will come back to the original spot.

This is intentional as Viewer licenses are intended to only VIEW the dashboard.  To edit the dashboard, you’ll need to be promoted to an Admin or Analyst license. If you have any questions, please contact Support by selecting Help > Open a Ticket from the top menu bar.
