New Feature

New Executive Reports for Connectwise Command

A new executive report is now available for ConnectWise Command! The executive report allows you to view and present the data most important for your client to know. These reports are typically used by MSPs to periodically show clients how they have managed their client’s network. The Executive Report provides a high-level overview of the most important aspects of managing and monitoring a network. For more information, please refer to the following articles:

Product Enhancements

Date Thresholds

Thresholds can now be set for date fields! For example, set a gauge to display a color if the date is equal to a specific date or is within a certain date range. For a full listing of date fields, please refer to Date Filters.

Click the "+ Add" button to set multiple thresholds and colors on the same field.

Preview Dataset Field Data

You can now preview the data in a field when you create a dataset from a CSV.

Expanded User Permissions

A new option has been added that enables Viewer users to toggle dashboard filters. After toggling is enabled, the Viewer can toggle dashboard filters on or off. Viewers cannot edit, delete, or create filters. For more information, please refer to Dashboard Filtering for Viewer Users.
