ITSupport247 Warranty Report

Overview

This article provides information on the ITSupport247 Warranty Report for BrightGauge. By default, the report shows the data for all of your clients/sites. After you set up and schedule a report for a specific client(site), BrightGauge will automatically filter data for that client(site).

The gauges are currently set to show the most recent data (as of yesterday). For example, if you look at the report on the 5th of March, data as of the 4th of March is displayed. However, this is configurable at the Gauge level by filtering on the Calendar_date field.

Warranty Report Breakdown

The following gauges are included in the report by default. You can remove the gauges that you don't need or modify the gauges to suit your own needs.

  • Out of Warranty: Shows the number of machines that are out of warranty

  • Warranty expiring in 90 days: Shows the number of machines whose warranty would expire in the next 90 days.

  • Warranty Details: Shows the number of available machines per site whose warranty details are available. Click on the number of machines to view the details of the warrant as shown by the red highlight in the below screenshot.

Note: Please note we have also added a gauge titled Warranty Raw data. This gauge contains a raw data dump for the warranty details of all the machines from all the sites combined.
