ITSupport247 Installed Software Report

Overview

This article provides information on the ITSupport Installed Software Report for BrightGauge. By default, the report shows data for all of your clients/sites. After you set up and schedule a report for a specific client site, BrightGauge automatically filters data for that client site. The default configuration of all the gauges is currently set such that it shows the most recent data.

Note: We have also added a Gauge called Installed Software Raw data. This gauge contains a raw data dump for the Installed Software details of all the machines from all the sites combined.

 

Gauge Details

The following table provides details for each gauge included in the ITSupport Installed Software Report.

Gauge Name Description Data Drilldown Columns
Top 25 Most Installed Applications 

This gauge shows a chart with the top 25 most installed Applications on all the machines. By default, this gauge does not filter any application, it considers all the applications on all the machines from all of the sites. Click on each bar to view a list of machines that have that particular application installed along with its details.

Installed Software data is collected every 4 hours and provided on daily basis.

Data is synchronized once every day into BrightGauge with the latest data.

Installed Software Details

This gauge shows detailed data for the software installed on all the machines. The gauge is configured to show the number of machines per site. To see the Installed Software details, you must click on the number of machines for each site. This would open the detailed data for all the machines of that particular site.

Installed Software data is collected every 4 hours and provided on daily basis.

Data is synchronized once every day into BrightGauge with the latest data.

Installed Software Raw Data This gauge contains a raw data dump for the Installed Software details of all the machines from all the sites combined.
