Overview

This article describes the ConnectWise Command OS Patching report. The OS Patching report provides an overview of the patch health for all of your server and desktop agents. By default, the report shows the data for all of your clients/sites. After you set up and schedule a report for a specific client (site), BrightGauge automatically filters data for that client (site).

 

OS Patching Report Breakdown

The OS Patching report consists of the following gauges.

 

Desktop Policy Compliance

The Desktop Policy Compliance progress gauge shows the total percentage of desktop agents that are patch compliant. Click on the gauge to open the gauge drilldown and view more details for each agent. This gauge pulls data from the OS Patch Compliance dataset.

 

Desktop Microsoft Compliance

The Desktop Microsoft Compliance progress gauge shows the percentage of desktop agents that are compliant with Microsoft patches. Click on the gauge to open the gauge drilldown and view more details for each agent. This gauge pulls data from the OS Patch Compliance dataset.

 

Desktop Patch Assessment

The Desktop Patch Assessment table gauge shows how many desktop agents are and are not patch compliant. Click on a column to open the gauge drilldown and view more details for each agent. This gauge pulls data from the OS Patch Compliance dataset.

 

Server Policy Compliance

The Server Policy Compliance progress gauge shows the total percentage of server agents that are patch compliant. Click on the gauge to open the gauge drilldown and view more details for each agent. This gauge pulls data from the OS Patch Compliance dataset.

 

Server Microsoft Compliance

The Server Microsoft Compliance progress gauge shows the percentage of server agents that are compliant with Microsoft patches. Click on the gauge to open the gauge drilldown and view more details for each agent. This gauge pulls data from the OS Patch Compliance dataset.

 

Server Patch Assessment

The Server Patch Assessment table gauge shows how many server agents are and are not patch compliant. Click on a column to open the gauge drilldown and view more details for each agent. This gauge pulls data from the OS Patch Compliance dataset.

 

Patch Installations

The Patch Installations number gauge displays the number of successfully installed patches. Click on the gauge to view a list of the installed patches and additional details for each agent. This gauge pulls data from the OS Patch Status dataset.

 

Patch Failures

The Patch Failures number gauge displays the number of failed patch installations. Click on the gauge to view a list of the failed patches and additional details for each agent. This gauge pulls data from the OS Patch Status dataset.

 

Installed Patches by Classification

The Installed Patches by Classification column chart gauge displays the number of installed Windows patches by Microsoft patch classification for desktop and server agents. Click on a column to open the gauge drilldown and view details for each agent in that specific classification. This gauge pulls data from the OS Patch Status dataset.

 

Failed Patches by Classification

The Failed Patches by Classification column chart gauge displays the number of installed Windows patches by Microsoft patch classification for desktop and server agents. Click on a column to open the gauge drilldown and view details for each agent in that specific classification. This gauge pulls data from the OS Patch Status dataset.
