We are attempting to connect to an Azure SQL Managed Instance via the BrightGauge agent. But running into the following error when attempting to "Test Connection" from the BrightGauge portal: "Agent configuration error.Unknown Agent error. failed to connect to database: TLS Handshake failed: cannot read handshake packet: EOF".

The Azure SQL Managed Instance has all the necessary traffic allowed. We can successfully connect to the Azure SQL Managed Instance from the VM on which the BrightGauge agent is installed, just not through BrightGauge itself.

Has anyone had any luck connecting to an Azure SQL Managed Instance via BrightGauge agent? Note that we can successfully connect to Azure SQL Databases, just not the Managed Instance.

In "Database Internal IP/Hostname" field we have inputted "xxx.public.xxx.database.windows.net". In "Database Internal Port" we have inputted the public-facing port number.
