Dashboard - Wildcard filter

It would save us alot of time if we could have a wildcard filter for the Dashboard filters. Currently if we want to setup a dashboard for a specific user there are several gauges that have to be setup for each tech individually as we can set the wildcard in the gauge. But we can not set that up on the Dashboard filter.
