Currently FreshService has created a new version of Freshdesk under Freshservice branding. The fqdn is changed therefore we will not be able to integrate, can BrightGauge Developer look into this for a change?
Support.BrightGauge.com will be deprecated in the coming months. We encourage partners to utilize ConnectWise University to view the latest product documentation, release notes, and education resources.
